From being nearly 300 pounds to an elite navy seal. David Goggins had a rough environment growing up and didn’t want to do anything. But, something switched in his head because his subconscience was telling him to do better and he’ll never get out of that comfortable mindset that got him nothing. So prior to joining the army, he was able to lose 106 lbs. Later became a navy seal and now retired. He now runs super marathons and continues to become better mentally and physically. Today he parachutes into wildfires that can’t be accessed by vehicles and controls the fire with his team.

Not only did he find success in bodybuilding, but he pursued acting in films and a politics. His high status in bodybuilding and politics shows how much physical and mental prowess he has.

She was actually named “National Yoga Ambassador” for YouthAIDS, and accepted the Global Green International Environmental Leadership Award and Humanitarian Award from the Smithsonian Institute. She has impacted the world in such a great way through yoga to raise so many different awarenesses and has the entire community’s support.
